A Montage of Cuteness
A number of short funny encounters with my daughter over the last few weeks.

From the parking lot to the sprinkler park we go to is up and down different hills to get there. On the way there up the hill one time:
Sophia: Can we be like Jack and Jill?
Me: I’m not falling down a hill for you, young lady.
I bust my ass for her enough already, I’m not busting my crown now.

At the playground we go to she was approached by some older girls that were taken with her.
Girl: My go you are so cute.
Sophia: Yes, I know I’m cute.
God she is going to her own head.

I laugh whenever she does something cute. This one time she just stopped and asked:
Sophia: Why are you laughing?
Me: Nothing.
Sophia: Are you laughing at me?
Me: No.
Sophia: Did I say something funny?
Me: Who are you: Joe Pesci?
I swear I thought she was gonna do the whole Goodfellas routine.

We were watching “Blue’s Clues Safari” where they watch how three different animals get clean, including a baby elephant being cleaned by her mom.
Sophia: When I get older I get to take a shower. When I become a bigger elephant…
Me: When You become an elephant?
Sophia: Yeah, I get to shower just like that. You be the baby elephant…
Me: I’m the baby elephant?
Sophia: Yeah. I’m gonna be a momma elephant.
I know I’m overweight but when did I become an elephant?
